WHO WE ARE

Far North Adventures was birthed in 1996 by Mark Farrar and Bryan Hall as an outdoor adventure company with hunting & fishing as its focus catering to an affluent clientel looking for the highest caliber outdoor experience coupled with a lodging and dining experience unmatched anywhere else. It was in that same year that Mark met and made a decision to follow Jesus Christ and serve Him. The direction and focus of Far North Adventures Would forever reflect that decision.

It is our desire, within the context of outdoor adventure,to acquaint or in many cases, reacquaint men of all ages with their Creator thru followship with others of like-mind thereby strenthening the body of Christ and glorifying God in the process.

It is in the heart of every man to venture out, to take risks, to see if he, as author John Eldridge writes, has "what it takes". There is a longing in the heart of every man to know his God and hear from Him. There is something that takes place in his soul in "wild places" that is hard to duplicate anywhere else. 10 years of experience has revealed that to us time and again. Men come back different.
